The Warm Bit Served in small, comforting portions from the cart
• Winter squash and root vegetable soup with sour cream and toasted seeds
• Baked Camembert pots with rosemary, garlic and truffle honey
• Pigs in blankets glazed in maple and mustard

The Cold Graze
A filled and styled cart featuring artisan cheese, charcuterie and festive accompaniments
• Charcuterie featuring spiced honey glazed ham and cured meats
• Local and continental cheeses
• Festive sausage rolls with cranberry and sage
• Beetroot, feta and walnut salad with a citrus honey dressing
• Winter fruits, chutneys, breads and crackers

The Sweet Finish
A trio of indulgent festive bites to close the afternoon.
