By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Mr Shaw to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. We reserve the right, at our discretion to refuse to supply any goods you order.

All designs and artwork are copyright of Mr Shaw. You may not copy, modify, adapt, develop, create any derivative work, reverse engineer, trace, decompile or disassemble the Created Work or any part thereof or carry out any act otherwise restricted by copyright or other intellectual property right.
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products. Some of the t-shirts are produced using simulation print therefore slight defects where the fabric may have creased during the printing process may occasionally occur.
Payment
We know that security is a major concern to many of our customers. All payments are made through PayPal and Stripe. We accept most major credit and debit cards. Even if you do not have a PayPal account you can still use it to pay for your goods securely using your card. For more information visit paypal.co.uk. Cleared payment must be received in our bank prior to dispatch of goods.
All products remain the property of Mr Shaw until payment has been received in full.
Mr Shaw reserves the right to change prices at any time. All goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation for damages of any sort if we do not supply the goods.
The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our web site is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.
Delivery
All deliveries will be subject to an appropriate delivery charge; this will be detailed on the site or advised before delivery.
Delivery will usually be made within 3-10 working days once the order is complete and is by ‘Royal Mail Signed for Delivery’. In the event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order. If you require your delivery sooner please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this.
You will be responsible for the goods once delivery is made or if delivery is delayed by you when attempted. You will also be responsible for any additional costs incurred directly as a result of you delaying delivery.
Import Duties: If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt to Mr Shaw Ltd, 49 Sadler Gate, Derby, DE1 3NQ. We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting in case of any damage in transit. Mr Shaw cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Items can be returned outside this 14 day period if they are found to be faulty. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate care has not been taken and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is proven to be faulty. The original delivery cost is not refundable.
Contract is Divisible
Each sub paragraph in this Contract is independent and severable from each other paragraph and therefore separately enforceable. If any restriction is unenforceable for any reason but would be enforceable if part of the wording were deleted, it will apply with such deletions as may be necessary to make it valid and enforceable,
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
